What your organiser needs to know.
The short version: it is designed to be straightforward for your team and straightforward to organise.
What does each employee receive?
We select and professionally edit the strongest three variations of each employee. They are delivered in high resolution through one complete gallery to the organiser. Named files or individual grouping can be arranged when agreed beforehand.
How long will the team session take?
Allow approximately five to ten minutes per person, although some people need less. Setup normally takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the room. We confirm a practical running order before the shoot.
How much space do you need?
A small meeting room is usually enough. A medium meeting room, boardroom or suitable lobby gives us more flexibility. We agree a consistent background and assess the available light, bringing a professional lighting setup where required. A site assessment may be recommended for larger or more particular briefs.
What usage rights are included?
Delivered images include unlimited client usage across websites, LinkedIn, pitch decks, press materials, recruitment, print and internal systems.
What if somebody misses the session or joins later?
We can arrange a follow-up workplace visit or photograph them at one of our regular London locations. We will match the original style wherever practical and will usually preserve the agreed team rate, subject to location and logistics.
Can you provide web-optimised files?
High-resolution files are included as standard. A separate set of web-optimised copies can be supplied for an additional fee.
What if some people hate having their photo taken?
They will be in good company. The process is built around concise, practical direction rather than expecting anyone to know how to pose. The three-image delivery also means nobody is stuck with a single option.
