VIP headshots for speakers and guests.

While we're on-site covering your event, we can set up a dedicated headshot station for speakers, panellists, leadership, or select guests. Same natural light and portable setup we use for our regular sessions. Quick, professional, and done without pulling anyone away for more than five minutes.

How it works

We carve out a quiet corner or breakout area, set up during a natural gap in the schedule, and cycle people through. Each person gets a 5-minute session and 2–3 edited selects delivered within 48 hours. Photos can be co-branded with your event or company.

Express delivery option

Need photos delivered to guests before they leave the venue? We can edit and send key selects within 10–15 minutes per person. Great for driving event engagement on LinkedIn while the buzz is still live.
