Who is this for?For people who need a strong, current photo without turning it into a whole production.
-
If your current photo is outdated, weak, or not helping.
-
For websites, decks, speaker profiles and personal branding.
-
For clean, professional photos that do the job properly.
-
If you feel awkward in front of the camera, that is normal. The session is guided and kept simple.

That depends on your package:
Done: 10 to 20 minutes
Dialled: 20 to 30 minutes
Loaded: 30 to 45 minutes
Session times include outfit changes and any image review during the shoot.
-
Choose something that feels appropriate for how you want to use the photographs. Solid colours, subtle patterns and simple layers usually work well.
Done includes one outfit. Dialled and Loaded allow up to two outfits, provided the change fits within the booked session.
More in our what to wear guide
-
Not at all. Most people are not naturally comfortable in front of a camera.
You will receive clear, simple direction throughout the session, including help with posture, expression, angles and what to do with your hands. You do not need to arrive knowing how to pose.
-
Where the location, light and available time allow, we can create some variety in backgrounds, crops and framing.
Different outfits do not automatically include a second location, and the amount of variety possible depends on your chosen package.
The Session
-
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday:
The ZBS studio, Borough Road, SE1 1, indoors with studio lighting, between Borough and Elephant & Castle stations.
Wednesday and Saturday:
King’s Cross, outdoors around St Pancras Square, N1C 4. The studio’s door number and access details are sent within 12 hours of booking. Outdoor meeting points are confirmed after booking.
-
Individual sessions run every week at the ZBS studio in Borough on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and outdoors at King’s Cross on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Team headshots take place at your office anywhere in Greater London, with travel included.
-
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday sessions are indoors at the ZBS studio, so the weather doesn’t matter.
For outdoor sessions, if the weather or light makes the planned spot unsuitable, we move to a covered spot nearby. If there is no workable alternative, your session can be rescheduled without an additional fee.
-
Limited Come to You appointments are available separately. These are useful if you cannot reach one of the regular locations or need the session to happen near your home or workplace.
Team and company bookings normally take place at the client’s office or another agreed location.

Your photos
-
Done includes 3 edited images
Dialled includes 6 edited images
Loaded includes 10 edited images
These are professionally selected and edited final photographs, not an unfiltered collection of everything taken during the session.
-
Every delivered photograph receives professional adjustments to exposure, colour, crop and skin tone, together with natural retouching and minor distraction removal where appropriate.

The aim is to make you look polished and credible while still looking like yourself.
-
Dan typically selects and edits the strongest photographs from the session. A separate proof gallery is not included as standard.
If you need a particular expression, crop or type of photograph, it may be mentioned during the session so this can be considered during selection.
-
Additional edited images may be available for £12 each if the session produces suitable photographs beyond your package allowance.
They are not guaranteed, and RAW or unedited files are not generally provided.
-
Standard delivery is within three working days.
Your finished photographs will be provided as full-resolution JPEGs through a private Adobe Lightroom gallery. The gallery remains available for 90 days, so please download and back up your photographs during that period.
-
Fast-Tracked delivery moves your gallery to the front of the editing queue, with finished photographs delivered within 24 hours of the end of your session.
It is subject to editing capacity and applies to the complete finished gallery.
Fast-Tracked delivery costs £19.

Yes. Personal and professional usage is included.
You can use the delivered images for LinkedIn, company websites, speaker profiles, press biographies, social media and your own marketing materials.
booking
-
Choose Done, Dialled or Loaded on the Headshots page, then select an available date and time for that specific package.
The location connected to each appointment will be shown before payment.
-
Payment is made securely by card through Stripe when you book.
-
Not really! Sessions are appointment-based, so please book in advance. If you wish to make a last-minute booking, please send an email or Instagram DM and we’ll see if we can accommodate you.
(This ensures enough time is reserved for your chosen package and prevents unnecessary waiting at the location).
-
Late arrival reduces the available shooting time because another appointment may follow yours.
Unused time, outfit allowances or photographs do not create a credit or partial refund.
-
The cancellation and rescheduling terms shown during booking apply to your appointment. Please review them before completing payment.
If Zero B.S. Photos needs to move your appointment because of weather, location conditions or another issue on our side, you will be offered a suitable alternative without an additional fee.
-
Professional headshots are the core service, but acting and editorial portraits, event photography and selected other commissions are also available.
Visit Beyond Headshots or contact Dan to discuss something different.
