The Session

Wear something you'd actually wear to a meeting or a client pitch.
Solid colours tend to photograph better than busy patterns, and layers give you more flexibility.
One rule: avoid pure white. It competes with natural light and makes editing harder.
Beyond that, don't overthink it.

That depends on your tier.
Done sessions are done in as little as 10 minutes, with up to 20 allowed.
Dialled runs up to 25, and Loaded up to 30.
In practice, most people finish faster than the time allowed.
Either way, there's no rushing and no hanging around.

No. A lot of people who book have never had a professional photo taken and find the whole thing awkward. That's fine.
The session is low-pressure, and you'll have enough direction that you won't be standing there wondering what to do with your hands.
Location

You can book two ways:
Fixed Location: You come to a set spot. I announce each week's location in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if there are slots free.
Come To You: I come to you, wherever you are. My preference is to shoot outside using natural light. You don't need to give me access to your office or home. A few minutes outside, near wherever works for you, is all I need. If the weather is genuinely bad or the light is impossible, we'll sort an indoor option together. It's rare.

Right now, three zones: Shoreditch & East (Tuesdays), King's Cross & North (Wednesdays), London Bridge & South (Thursdays).
I'll add more London zones based on demand.

It covers my time and travel between sessions.
This means I can keep package prices the same whether you come to me or I come to you.

It depends on your tier.
Done gives you 4 edited images.
Dialled gives you 6 to 8.
Loaded gives you 14 to 18.
All are fully edited selects, not a raw dump of everything taken.

Within 3 working days as standard.
If you need them faster, Rush Delivery gets you edited photos by the next working day.
You choose that at the time of booking.

You'll receive a download link with your edited photos, ready to use.
No picking through unedited shots, no back-and-forth. Just finished photos.

High-resolution JPEGs.

Yes. They're your photos, for your professional use. LinkedIn, company websites, press bios, speaker profiles — all of that is fine.
BOOKING

Three tiers: Done (£39), Dialled (£59), Loaded (£99).
Founding prices for the first 100 clients — these step up to £49/£69/£119 after that.
Come To You bookings include a £9 travel fee.
Rush delivery is +£9 across all tiers.

Card payment at the time of booking, via Stripe. No invoices, no follow-ups.

Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session: full refund.
Between 24 and 48 hours: reschedule only, no refund.
Less than 24 hours: session fee is forfeited.
Rush delivery fees are non-refundable once your photos are in editing.

If you're two people looking to book separately, you each book your own session.
If you're a team of 4 or more booking together, the team rate applies.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome at Fixed Location sessions when I have free slots.
Look for the Zero B.S. card on the table. Scan the QR code, pick your package, pay on your phone. If I have a slot free, you're in.
If I'm fully booked you'll know within a minute. No queuing, no awkwardness.
Walk-ins are Fixed Location only. Standard delivery applies (3 working days). Same pricing as advance bookings.

Not exactly.
The Done tier is a straight headshot session.
Dialled and Loaded both have room for personal brand and lifestyle-leaning shots — different angles, less formal poses, the kind of thing that works across a website or social presence rather than just a LinkedIn profile.
