Photographs taken during a session are used to provide the service booked by the client.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, copyright in all photographs remains with Zero B.S. Photos. Clients receive a licence to use the delivered edited images for personal and professional purposes, including LinkedIn, CVs, company bios, websites, speaker profiles, internal profiles and social media.

Zero B.S. Photos reserves the right to use selected images from client sessions on its website portfolio and organic social media channels to show examples of its work.

Zero B.S. Photos will not use identifiable client images in paid advertising, sponsored posts, promoted campaigns or third-party commercial campaigns without specific permission.

Clients may request removal of identifiable images from the Zero B.S. Photos website portfolio or organic social media channels by emailing hello@zero-bs.studio. Removal requests will be actioned within 3 working days where reasonably possible.

Removal may not affect material already printed, published by third parties, shared by others, indexed by search engines, cached, screenshotted or otherwise distributed outside the direct control of Zero B.S. Photos.

7. Who we share information with

We may share limited information with trusted service providers where necessary to run the business, including:

  • website hosting providers

  • booking platforms

  • payment processors

  • email providers

  • cloud storage or file delivery services

  • analytics and advertising platforms

  • accountants or professional advisers, where necessary

These providers only receive information needed for their role.

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers. Zero B.S. Photos does not store full card details.

  • portfolio and public image-use records may be kept for as long as images are used publicly

Where information is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymised where practical.
