Can I get a photographer today in London?
Often, yes. Same-day bookings depend on what's already in the diary, so message us on WhatsApp or send the form the moment you know. We'll give you a straight yes or no within the hour during working hours. A flat +£99 same-day fee applies per booking, not per person.
My photographer has cancelled. Can you step in?
Yes. Send the venue, timings and whatever brief you have: a run sheet, a shot list or just the three photos you can't go home without. We'll confirm availability fast and work from what the original photographer was meant to cover.

How much does a last-minute photographer cost in London?
Our normal rates, plus a flat short-notice fee per booking: +£49 under 48 hours, +£99 same day or under 24 hours. Event coverage starts from £499 for a half day, and team headshots from £39 per person. Many London photographers charge £500 to £800 for a half day before any rush fee. How quickly will I get the photos?
Event and team galleries are delivered within three working days as standard. For events, same-day social selects get 5 to 10 edited hero shots to you before the event ends. Individual headshots can be Fast-Tracked to arrive within 24 hours.
How much notice do you actually need?
Ideally 24 hours, but we've said yes with less. Team headshots and events need a little more planning time than an individual session, so the earlier you get in touch, the more likely it's a yes.
Do you cover all of London?
Yes. Travel within Greater London is included. The South East and further afield are available, with travel quoted per job.
What do you need from me to get started?
The address, the start time and how long you need us, plus a rough headcount or run sheet and a contact name for the day. Anything about access, parking or dress code helps too. That's enough to confirm.
